Bratcher McMillan, is a Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) Professional, Certified Commercial Artist/Graphic Designer, Certified TV Producer, has worked professionally as an Information Technology Director, Art Director, web developer/designer, graphic designer, photographer, videographer, writer/editor and artist. McMillan currently teaches and coaches teams in video game development, animation, VR & AI development, mobile applications design/development and leadership skills. She is an Expert and Leader in her field, and heavily involved in the entertainment technology arts & game development community. You will find her participating in game jams, hackathons and development meetings across the country.
With over twenty years of IT administration, management and leadership experience – was responsible for the day-to-day operation and overseeing of Web Systems Development for several organizations – McMillan has more than twenty five-plus years of overall work experience in web design & development, graphic design, art direction,
photography/video, art, communications and marketing. Additionally, early on she established and has consistently maintained an excellent track record in technical proficiency, knowledge of business operations standards, with outstanding assessment and troubleshooting skills.
An exceptional goal-oriented problem solver, McMillan is an analytic strategic thinker, and a team leader with innovative and creative skills that are flexible in an ever changing technology industry as well as in the visual arts. She is very passionate about art, science and technology.
As a professional in the field of technology and visual communications, McMillan earned the Prometrics Internationally recognized Certified Internet Webmaster Professional (CIW) certification. Prior to that, she received certification in Television Studio Production, Remote Video Operations and Editing; Networking; a Commercial Art Certification and Diploma in art and graphic design.
McMillan is a university graduate, having earned a M.S. in Industrial Supervision (Graphic Arts/Technology/Occupational Education) and undergraduate degrees in Graphic Design-Photography, Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology and has completed course work towards a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology and Online Education
